My professional work integrates education, management, and strategy, with a focus on building more inclusive, sustainable, and results-oriented organizational environments.
In complex corporate environments, I operate at the intersection of people and business, designing strategies that connect culture, inclusion, and performance to drive sustainable growth and measurable results.
Throughout my career, I have led initiatives that integrate organizational development with business objectives. I implemented structured entry programs for young Black professionals from socially vulnerable backgrounds and students benefiting from affirmative action policies. I also developed and strengthened inclusion strategies for people with disabilities, increasing their representation within organizations by up to 60%, and created sustainable models for hiring and retaining professionals on the autism spectrum, ensuring autonomy, safety, and high performance.
Additionally, I led initiatives to expand female participation, particularly in the oil and gas sector, historically male-dominated, while supporting single mothers in resuming and advancing their professional careers. I also structured innovative partnerships with Paralympic athletes, enabling their engagement as brand ambassadors, promoting financial autonomy, and strengthening employer branding through authentic social impact
I am the founder of DaCostaLima, an initiative dedicated to the development of Black professionals, focusing on employability, leadership, and access to opportunities in the corporate environment. DaCostaLima operates strategically to transform potential into sustainable professional trajectories.
I also created Intencionar, a human development project that promotes strategic reflection on career, professional identity, and conscious decision-making, especially for women in leadership positions or career transition phases.
In addition, I lead a professional training social project for women in socially vulnerable situations, focused on preparing specialized hairstylists in Afro-textured hair. In a country where more than 56% of the population identifies as Black and where the beauty industry is largely driven by female labor, this initiative promotes financial autonomy, professional dignity, and long-term social impact, connecting inclusion, income generation, and sustainable development.
